SmartInfo display
SmartInfo displays at the stops are the key source of information for passengers, and the public face of the transport company. The up-to-date information lets the passenger make better use of the remaining time and avoid stress situations. The rounded-off product family consists of an 8-line sign for interchanges, a 4-line and a 2-line sign, together with the low-cost count-down version. The control and communication module is either accommodated directly on the mast in the design housing, or installed separately as a stand-alone module at the stop. An acoustic module in the same design can be combined with the display sign as an accessory item.

It can be installed in a number of different ways, for example, hung from the ceiling or attached to a mast. It is extremely robust and has proved itself in harsh environments. The signs are supplied with information via common radio systems and for maintenance work data can also be uploaded directly from a notebook via WLAN or a cable connection.
Web display feed
Our web display feed (WDF) solution combines dynamic passenger information with current messages from the internet. On the one hand, this provides passengers at larger stops or central points with comprehensive information about the specific routes and the next departures. On the other hand, the transport company can also show interesting additional information and advertising messages.
The WDF solution opens up new information possibilities and also an additional source of earnings for the transport company. Pioneering software architecture makes it easy for transport companies to put together their own contents. They decide which information and advertising messages are presented to the passengers, where and when. Dynamic passenger information is always consistent with the other information displays in the Trapeze operations control system.
The web feed display software is fully integrated in our AVLC system. Configuration of the graphic software interface of the web display feed is extremely flexible. Several information panels can be arranged individually according to customer requirements (including transfer screen, messages from the control centre, advertising, weather, time, etc.). The sizes of the individual panels can also be freely and individually combined.

Customers who opt for our WDF can also purchase display signs from Trapeze that harmonise perfectly with the WDF software. The advantage consists in complete integration in the operations control system environment of Trapeze including device manager and updates. The SmartInfo flat screen has been developed specially to meet the high demands made in exterior use.
