2000: HPW becomes part of Siemens TTS

2004: Siemens TTS becomes Siemens VDO

2007: Takeover of Siemens VDO Automotive by Continental

2008: Takeover of Online Technology Poland (OTP) by Continental Automotive Switzerland AG

2009: Constellation Software Inc. acquires the Public Transit Solutions business from Continental Automotive Switzerland AG and renamed it as Trapeze ITS

2012: Renaming from Trapeze ITS Switzerland GmbH to Trapeze Switzerland GmbH
